Career Development
University-level career services
Career services are centrally managed at Sultan Agung Islamic University rather than through a separate Career Center at study-program level. Master of Nursing students and graduates access university-level career information, employability development, vacancy information, and relevant career-support services through the central UNISSULA unit.
Program and faculty support
At program and faculty level, career readiness is reinforced through employment-information seminars, international professional and soft-skills development, and partnerships supporting graduate placement. Recorded partners include BP2MI for alumni education and placement and Indonurse for alumni recruitment. Activities have introduced nursing opportunities in Germany, Japan, and Taiwan, as well as workplace ethics, labour rights, professional communication, and readiness for international healthcare settings.
