Tracer Study and Graduate Destinations
The initial tracer study covered the first cohort of 46 students. Forty-four students graduated and two were on academic leave. Of the 44 graduates, 40 attended graduation in March 2026 and four chose the June 2026 graduation period. All graduates were employed across hospitals, higher-education institutions, schools, healthcare facilities, government agencies, and entrepreneurship, in clinical, educational, managerial, public-sector, and business roles.
Graduate-user feedback
The graduate user survey involved 38 respondents: 22 colleagues, seven unit or institutional leaders, six direct supervisors, and three human-resources representatives. “Very good” ratings were reported for integrity (97.7%), professionalism (95.4%), communication (93.2%), teamwork and leadership (97.7%), self-development (90.9%), community participation (93.2%), safety of patients, students, and the environment (92.1%), and curriculum relevance (93.2%). No aspect received a “poor” rating.
