Learning Monitoring and Evaluation
First semester · Academic Year 2024/2025
Monitoring in the first semester of Academic Year 2024/2025 recorded student attendance above 90% and lecturer attendance of 100%. Faculty research and community engagement were integrated into nursing course references. Student evaluation of teaching rated preparation and delivery positively. The first cohort’s Semester 1 academic achievement ranged from 3.40 to 3.90, with a mean of 3.71. At that stage, cumulative program-outcome achievement remained below 50% because students had completed only one of three semesters.
Follow-up actions
Follow-up actions included academic-adviser meetings for three students, network and router improvements, further use of e-learning, training in teaching methods and assessment blueprints, revision of assessment methods, and refinement of rubrics for Thesis Proposal, Internship, and Innovation in Caring.
Second-semester monitoring
In the second semester, student attendance remained above 90%, lecturer attendance was 100%, and retention was 100% across cohorts of 46 and 54 students. More than 85% of examination questions reached at least cognitive level C4; alignment with blueprints reached 89%; and course learning-outcome achievement increased from 83.7% to 88.3%. Program learning-outcome achievement exceeded 75% after two of three semesters.
The first cohort’s Semester 2 achievement ranged from 3.62 to 4.00, with a mean of 3.93. The second cohort’s Semester 1 achievement ranged from 3.15 to 3.81, with a mean of 3.62. Academic support and remedial services reached 4.1% of students and were reported as fully successful. Evidence-Based Practice, Innovation in Caring, and Philosophy of Science were identified for course-plan revision.

| First cohort · Semester 2 | 3.62–4.00 | 3.93 |
| Second cohort · Semester 1 | 3.15–3.81 | 3.62 |
